BAN TO SHORT TERM RENTALS. HORIZONTAL PROPERTY LAW MODIFICATION.
A very recent modification of the Spanish Horizontal Property Law allows the Communities to ban the holiday rental option for the owners.
It is required a 3/5 of votes in a regular or extraordinary general meeting.
This decision will not have retroactive effects for the owners that already rent for short term before this agreement is taken.
As you can imagine, this new legislation could have a big impact in your Community.
